A 17-story, mixed-use building, set for 1057 Atlantic Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. The development will contain both market-rate apartments and affordable housing units, offered in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. It will also feature ground-floor retail space and an enclosed parking garage. Totaling over 35,000 square feet combined, tenant amenities are to include a fitness center with a golf simulator, a resident lounge, a landscaped roof deck, rooms for games and movies, and a children's playroom. Due to the project site being rezoned from several lots, it carries a number of previous and alternate addresses, including 1045 Atlantic Avenue, 1053 Atlantic Avenue, 1059 Atlantic Avenue, and 1061 Atlantic Avenue.
